TERMS OF USE
Last updated: 29 August 2026
1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the TrustMatch Care website at https://trustmatchcare.co.uk and any pages operated as part of that website.
The website is operated by TrustMatch Care Ltd (“TrustMatch Care”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
2. ABOUT TRUSTMATCH CARE
TrustMatch Care is an introductory care agency.
We help individuals and families find and be introduced to suitable self-employed carers.
TrustMatch Care does not itself provide regulated personal care and does not employ the self-employed carers introduced through our service.
Where you choose to use our introductory agency service, the relationship between you and TrustMatch Care will also be governed by the separate agreement and terms provided to you as part of that service.
Nothing on this website replaces or overrides those separate contractual arrangements.
3. INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE
We aim to ensure that the information on this website is clear, accurate and up to date.
However, information on the website is provided for general information purposes and should not be relied upon as medical, clinical, legal or financial advice.
If you or another person requires medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, you should contact an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services.
Information about care options, carers, availability, prices or services shown on this website does not constitute a guarantee that a particular carer or service will be available.
We may update, amend or remove website content from time to time.
4. ENQUIRIES AND INTRODUCTIONS
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not oblige you to purchase any service and does not create a contract between you and TrustMatch Care.
Any subsequent service arrangement will be subject to the relevant terms, agreements, pricing and information provided to you before the service begins.
We reserve the right to decide whether we are able to assist with a particular enquiry.
5. SELF-EMPLOYED CARERS
Carers introduced by TrustMatch Care operate on a self-employed basis.
TrustMatch Care facilitates introductions between clients and carers in accordance with our introductory agency model.
Specific responsibilities, payment arrangements and other terms relating to an introduction are explained in the appropriate client and/or carer agreements.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as creating an employment relationship between TrustMatch Care and an independent carer.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
Where prices or charges are displayed on this website, we aim to ensure that they are accurate.
The definitive price and payment arrangements applicable to a particular service will be those confirmed to you as part of the relevant agreement or service arrangement.
Where VAT is applicable, this will be explained clearly.
TrustMatch Care will not seek to restrict any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
7. USING THIS WEBSITE
You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes relating to TrustMatch Care and its services.
You must not:
• use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems;
• introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material;
• deliberately interfere with the operation or security of the website;
• misuse enquiry forms or other communication facilities;
• copy or commercially exploit website content without our permission, except where permitted by law.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including its text, branding, graphics, photographs, design and other materials, is owned by or licensed to TrustMatch Care.
You may view, print or download reasonable extracts for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our website content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
9. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.
These links may be provided for convenience or additional information.
We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
A link to another website does not necessarily mean that TrustMatch Care endorses that website or its operator.
10. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep our website available and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may suspend, restrict or withdraw all or part of the website where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.
11. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Subject to those protections, TrustMatch Care is not responsible for losses resulting solely from your reliance on general information contained on this website where you should reasonably have obtained appropriate professional or specific advice.
We are also not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section affects rights or responsibilities arising under any separate agreement you enter into with TrustMatch Care.
12. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
We take the protection of personal information seriously.
Information about how we collect, use, store and protect personal information is contained in our Privacy Policy:
https://trustmatchcare.co.uk/privacy
Where cookies or similar technologies are used, information about their use and any choices available to you will also be provided through our website.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to our website, services, business practices or legal requirements.
The current version will always be published on this page and will show the date it was last updated.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you will also retain any mandatory legal protections available to you under the laws applicable where you live.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have regarding where legal proceedings may lawfully be brought.
