No. We're an introductory agency. We introduce carers, we don’t manage care.
Yes. All carers are DBS-checked, referenced, and personally interviewed.
No. Our fees are VAT-exempt.

Yes, with 28 days’ notice unless stated otherwise in your contract.
With us, you stay in control. You choose your carer, avoid VAT, and benefit from transparent pricing. Our flexible, non-managed model gives you more freedom and better value.
We handle all invoicing for your convenience. You pay one invoice that separates the carer's fee and our agency support fee. We then pass the carer's payment on directly to them.
All carers are self-employed and are required to have their own public liability insurance before being introduced to clients.
Absolutely. Whether you're a client or a carer, the relationship is always by mutual agreement. There is no obligation to accept a match.
You can do so after a minimum period of three months, subject to a one-off buy-out fee of £1,500. Otherwise, the introduction agreement remains in force.
