🧾 TrustMatch Care Ltd – Terms & Services (including VAT update)

1. About Us

TrustMatch Care Ltd is an introductory agency. We carefully match clients with self-employed, DBS-checked carers. We offer vetting, flexible matching, and ongoing support—but do

not

manage, supervise, or deliver care. We are not CQC-registered.

2. VAT & Fees

TrustMatch Care Ltd is VAT-registered from 1st June 2025

Our admin fee (for coordination, support, etc.) is subject to 20% VAT.The carer’s fee is VAT-free and passed directly to the self-employed carer. You will receive a single invoice that clearly shows:

Admin fee + VAT Carer fee (VAT-exempt portion)Total paid by you = Admin + VAT + Carer fee

3. Payments

Clients make one payment to TrustMatch Care Ltd; we will forward the full carer fee to the self-employed carer. We retain only the admin fee plus VAT. Our invoices carry a disclaimer clarifying that we act solely as a payment agent.

5. Changes to Care Requirements

We aim to be flexible in meeting your needs. Changes in your requirements should be communicated in advance. If additional carers or hours are required, this will affect your billing.

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients must give at least 30 days notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days notice. We reserve the right to terminate services if the client fails to comply with these Terms or if safety concerns arise.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrustMatch Care Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding months.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is the intellectual property of TrustMatch Care Ltd and may not be used or reproduced without our express permission.

10. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of the services implies acceptance of the amended Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
